Eligible accounts can hear whole songs in their own voice for free before paying anything. The download you unlock with a subscription is the same render you heard in your preview. Please listen to your preview fully before you subscribe.
All payments are non-refundable
Payments for Starter and Creator subscriptions, monthly or annual, are final and non-refundable, except where this policy or applicable law says otherwise. We do not give refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused minutes, or plans cancelled before the end of a term.
Cancel anytime
Cancel from Manage billing in your account, or write to us. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your paid plan, including each monthly minute allowance, until the end of the period you already paid for. Annual plans are paid upfront, and cancelling one does not refund the remaining months. Unused monthly minutes do not roll over. Your voices and songs stay in your account either way.
If a song fails on our side
If processing fails, the minutes reserved for that song come back to your allowance automatically. Each paid song also includes one correction with the same song, voice and selection.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, or charged for a renewal after you cancelled, email us at teralabsx@gmail.com with the payment reference from your receipt and we will correct the error.
Earlier purchases and your legal rights
Purchases made before 9 October 2026 keep the refund terms shown when they were bought. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right you have under the law of your country that cannot be waived. Accounts terminated for breaking our Terms of Service (for example, non-consensual voice cloning) are not refunded.
