Terms of Service

1. What Tera Studio is

Tera Studio (“the Service”) is an AI voice and music studio: you train a private voice model from audio you provide, convert songs and vocals into that voice, separate stems, generate music, and render related audio and video. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Consent-first voice policy

You may only train a voice model on a voice you own — yours — or a voice whose owner has given you explicit, verifiable permission. Cloning someone’s voice without consent is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate account termination. Your trained voice models are locked to your account: we never let other users access them, and we never use your voice to build products for anyone else.

3. Your content and rights

You keep all rights you hold in the recordings you upload and the renders you create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process your audio through our infrastructure (including third-party GPU providers that process audio transiently) and deliver results back to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any song, instrumental, or vocal you upload, and for how you use and publish your renders — including complying with the copyright and publicity laws that apply to you.

Starter songs supplied in the product remain under their displayed licences. For the birthday starter, credit the original artists, include the source and CC BY 3.0 licence link, and state that the voice was changed when you share your version. Your project includes a credit to copy or download. Paying for our processing does not restrict the freedoms granted by the original song licence. The original artists do not endorse Tera Studio or your adaptation.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to impersonate a person without consent, deceive or defraud, harass or defame, create sexually exploitative or unlawful content, interfere with elections, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules and may preserve or disclose information where the law requires it.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Payments for new purchases are processed by Stripe. Any existing purchase retains the price, currency, allowance and billing period shown when purchased. Starter and Creator subscriptions are available only when checkout is enabled. New Project Pass purchases are no longer offered. Starter and Creator are billed monthly or annually, renewing at the selected interval until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are paid in full upfront. Checkout shows the currency, total and any applicable tax before you pay. You can hear your song free before subscribing, so all payments are final and non-refundable, with no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except as stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy or required by law.

Plans use a USD reference price. Any local-currency amount shown before checkout is an estimate. Stripe sets the final converted amount and shows any conversion charge before payment; currency conversion may include a buyer-paid charge of 2–4%. If you choose local-currency subscription billing, the converted amount at future renewals may vary with the exchange rate. The payment methods available depend on your currency, location and checkout eligibility.

Starter includes thirty finished audio minutes per monthly allowance window; Creator includes ninety. An annual term includes twelve monthly windows with the same allowance each month. Each includes one private voice. A project processes at least thirty seconds and at most five minutes, with usage rounded up to a whole second. One correction using the same song, voice and selection is included. A new song or selection uses more minutes. Failed processing restores the reserved minutes after recovery is exhausted. Downloading an already paid result again or exporting its video uses no extra audio minutes.

Previously purchased non-expiring Project Pass minutes keep their original terms. Subscription minutes refresh on each monthly billing anniversary, including on annual plans. Unused minutes expire at the end of each monthly allowance window and do not roll over. Use Manage billing in your dashboard to cancel a Stripe subscription, or contact us for help with an existing plan. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid term with the same monthly allowance rules. Cancelling an annual plan does not refund the remaining months. Keep a downloaded copy of your results. Saved projects remain in your account until deleted; archiving only hides a project from the main library and can be reversed. We do not impose a short download expiry on the pilot.

6. Service quality and availability

Renders run on real GPUs; queue times vary and a first render can take several minutes. We work hard to keep the Service available but provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may change, add, or retire features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you before it takes effect so you can cancel before your next renewal.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TERA LABS USA LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content users create in violation of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan having exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: contact us.
